Chocolate Mysore Pak

Chocolate Mysore Pak Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Besan (gram flour)
  • 1 cup Ghee
  • 1 cup Campco Choco Mass
  • ½ cup Water

Method:

  1. Make sugar syrup: In a large heavy-bottomed pan, add sugar and water. Bring to a boil, stirring until the syrup reaches one-string consistency.
  2. Add besan: Reduce flame to low and gradually add gram flour, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.
  3. Incorporate Choco Mass: Add Campco Choco Mass and mix well, stirring to keep the mixture smooth.
  4. Add ghee: Pour in spoonfuls of hot ghee, one at a time, stirring after each addition.
  5. Set in tray: Transfer the mixture to a greased tray. It will continue cooking and develop a rich golden-brown color.
  6. Cool & cut: After 30 minutes, cut into desired shapes and gently separate the pieces.

Soft, rich, and chocolatey Mysore Pak is ready to savor!
