Chocolate Banana Halwa

Banana Choco Halwa Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 8 ripe bananas
  • ½ teaspoon powdered green cardamom
  • 6 tbsp ghee
  • 10 tbsp sugar
  • 6 tbsp Campco Choco Mass

Method:

  1. Prepare the bananas: Peel and mash the bananas in a large bowl.
  2. Cook with ghee: Heat ghee in a pan on medium flame. Once melted, add the mashed bananas. Reduce flame to low and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring continuously to avoid sticking.
  3. Add sugar: Mix in sugar and stir until fully dissolved. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Flavoring: Add cardamom powder and Campco Choco Mass. Stir well for a few seconds, then remove from heat.
  5. Set & serve: Allow to cool at room temperature, then cut into thick slices.

Delicious Banana Choco Halwa is ready to serve!
