Choco – Papaya Halwa Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups grated raw papaya
  • 2 cups sugar
  • ¼ cup ghee
  • 50 g Campco Choco Mass
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 spoons chopped almonds and cashews
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Blanch papaya: Boil 1 litre of water, add grated papaya, and stir well. Drain completely, rinse with cold water, and drain again.
  2. Fry papaya: Heat ghee in a pan and sauté the drained papaya until it begins to turn slightly brown.
  3. Dissolve chocolate: Warm milk separately and dissolve the Campco Choco Mass in it.
  4. Sweeten & blend: Add sugar and the chocolate–milk mixture to the browned papaya. Stir well to combine.
  5. Thicken mixture: Continue cooking, adding a little ghee at intervals, until the mixture thickens and reaches a halwa-like consistency.
  6. Finish: Fry the almonds and cashews in ghee, then stir them into the halwa before serving.

A unique twist on tradition — Choco Papaya Halwa, rich, nutty, and full of flavor!
