Choco – Kesari Bath Recipe

Make your Monday special with a sweet delight — classic Kesari Bath with a rich chocolate twist!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup medium rava (semolina)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup ghee
  • 50 g Campco Choco Mass
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Roast rava: Heat 4 spoons of ghee in a pan. Add rava and roast on low flame until it turns light brown and aromatic.
  2. Cook rava: In another pot, boil 4 cups of water. Add the roasted rava and let it cook. Separately, dissolve Campco Choco Mass in warm milk.
  3. Sweeten: Once the rava is cooked, add sugar and ghee. Stir continuously, adding more ghee little by little as it absorbs.
  4. Finish with chocolate: Add the dissolved Choco Mass into the thickened mixture. Stir well until it leaves the sides of the pan and is no longer sticky. Spread evenly onto a greased tray or pan.
