Choco – Eggless Banana Cake

Choco – Eggless Banana Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 2 spoons Campco Choco Mass
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup condensed milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup mashed banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • ¾ cup fresh cream
  • Maida (for dusting the cake pan)

Method:

  1. Dry mix: In a bowl, mix maida, Campco Choco Mass, baking powder, and baking soda. Keep aside.
  2. Wet mix: In another bowl, combine melted butter, condensed milk, sugar, mashed banana, and vanilla essence. Mix well, then add this to the dry mixture. Stir in the fresh cream until smooth.
  3. Prepare cake pan: Grease a 175 mm cake pan with melted butter. Dust with maida, shake to coat evenly, and tap out the excess flour.
  4. Pour batter: Transfer the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake: Place in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 40–45 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Serve: Remove from oven, demould carefully, and serve warm.

Moist, chocolatey, and egg-free — this banana cake is a crowd-pleaser!
