              Choco – Eggless Banana Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
- ½ tsp baking soda
 - ¼ tsp baking powder
 - 2 spoons Campco Choco Mass
 - ½ cup melted butter
 - ½ cup condensed milk
 - ½ cup sugar
 - 1 cup mashed banana
 - 1 tsp vanilla essence
 - ¾ cup fresh cream
 - Maida (for dusting the cake pan)
 
Method:
- Dry mix: In a bowl, mix maida, Campco Choco Mass, baking powder, and baking soda. Keep aside.
 - Wet mix: In another bowl, combine melted butter, condensed milk, sugar, mashed banana, and vanilla essence. Mix well, then add this to the dry mixture. Stir in the fresh cream until smooth.
 - Prepare cake pan: Grease a 175 mm cake pan with melted butter. Dust with maida, shake to coat evenly, and tap out the excess flour.
 - Pour batter: Transfer the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
 - Bake: Place in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 40–45 minutes until cooked through.
 - Serve: Remove from oven, demould carefully, and serve warm.
