Chocolate Mysore Pak Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Besan (gram flour)
- 1 cup Ghee
- 1 cup Campco Choco Mass
- ½ cup Water
Method:
- Make sugar syrup: In a large heavy-bottomed pan, add sugar and water. Bring to a boil, stirring until the syrup reaches one-string consistency.
- Add besan: Reduce flame to low and gradually add gram flour, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.
- Incorporate Choco Mass: Add Campco Choco Mass and mix well, stirring to keep the mixture smooth.
- Add ghee: Pour in spoonfuls of hot ghee, one at a time, stirring after each addition.
- Set in tray: Transfer the mixture to a greased tray. It will continue cooking and develop a rich golden-brown color.
- Cool & cut: After 30 minutes, cut into desired shapes and gently separate the pieces.
Soft, rich, and chocolatey Mysore Pak is ready to savor!
