Chocolate Banana Halwa
Banana Choco Halwa Recipe
Ingredients:
- 8 ripe bananas
- ½ teaspoon powdered green cardamom
- 6 tbsp ghee
- 10 tbsp sugar
- 6 tbsp Campco Choco Mass
Method:
- Prepare the bananas: Peel and mash the bananas in a large bowl.
- Cook with ghee: Heat ghee in a pan on medium flame. Once melted, add the mashed bananas. Reduce flame to low and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring continuously to avoid sticking.
- Add sugar: Mix in sugar and stir until fully dissolved. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Flavoring: Add cardamom powder and Campco Choco Mass. Stir well for a few seconds, then remove from heat.
- Set & serve: Allow to cool at room temperature, then cut into thick slices.
Delicious Banana Choco Halwa is ready to serve!
